WARRANTY CLAIMS AND SERVICE

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We ensure that all orders leaving our warehouse are adequately packed and sent to you in good working condition. We ask that you check your shipment when it arrives it to ensure you are happy and all ordered items are included.
Please keep all original packing materials and documentation, including the delivery consignment note. If the goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please have the driver make a note on the shipper’s consignment note and also take a photo of the damaged item/s.
If goods have arrived in a damaged condition, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt of the item. If notice is not received within 2 days, you may be liable for return freight expenses on replacement items.
